Hey, I'm Abir

I’m a solo developer and solopreneur based in the United States. I build web applications, experiment with AI-powered development tools, and document everything I learn along the way.

The Solo Developer started as a personal project to track my journey building software products independently. It quickly evolved into something bigger—a resource for developers who want to leverage AI tools to build faster, ship sooner, and create sustainable income streams without needing a team or venture capital.

Why I Started This Blog

The landscape of software development is changing rapidly. AI coding assistants, no-code tools, and automation are making it possible for individual developers to accomplish what once required entire teams. But with so many tools and approaches available, it’s easy to get overwhelmed or stuck in tutorial hell.

I created The Solo Developer to cut through the noise. Here, I share practical tutorials, honest tool reviews, and real-world strategies for building and monetizing software products as a solo creator. No fluff, no theory without application—just actionable insights from someone who’s actually doing the work.

My Background

I have been coding projects since I was 20 years old. My first programming language was PHP, which I used to create a pizza ordering web application. Since then, I have created a number of ecommerce websites and AI-powered applications which has enabled me to truly find the power of AI in daily life. I will share all my programming experiences throughout this blog.
